At the rate UNI fans are going, they're rapidly moving to the top of my list.

Hate is much too strong of an emotion.

I am annoyed by about 10% of the posts(ers) over at egriz.com. I'd really like for NAU to beat the U of M in football. But not enough to hate the Griz.

well this thread was about most hated team somewhat and i don't like Elon. The fans are pretty decent. Mainly I don't like Elon because your players are thugs who intentionally attempt to injure other players. I know of 3 occasions for sure.

When I saw the thread title, the first thought that came to my feeble mind was...restaurants that serve fish & can't produce/supply/ or have available malt vinegar!

One of "those things" in life that just SHOULDN'T HAPPEN...besides the Griz not bein' in post season play!

Well for the most part it sounds like there isn't too much hatred around the FCS ranks.

Oh of course! There are teams I hope lose but I'm not looking to go crazy. I just think it's interesting the amount of anger or hatred between fans from programs such as Clemson and south carolina or Michigan and Ohio State. Some of these fans can not stand one another and was just wondering if we had anything like that at the FCS level. Maybe some of the fellas on the forums here just love to see a certain team lose.

3 occasions doesn't make the whole team "thugs." I'm friends with a bunch of the guys on the team, and I have classes with a lot of players too. Most of them are all around great guys, and I wouldn't consider a single one of them to be a "thug." I'm not sure what incidents you're referring to, but I'm sure its only a few guys. Every team in the country has a few players you'd call a "thug."

I don't think anybody holds this title for too long. It's whatever team that is normally on the outside looking in and having a good season with a weak schedule... San Diego a few years ago was probably the worst. But even then, it's not really hate... more like "most annoying".

Elon & Ga South. Ga South for obvious reasons. Great rivalry with no love lost among the respective fanbases.

Elon because they talk a bunch of sh!t & never back it up. Elon's the biggest "done nothing" program in our conference but you wouldn't know it by listening to their fans....& they play dirty as YT alluded to earlier....

I can't say I hate any one team either. I used to hate Georgia Southern but that was before message boards. Before we had the boards you knew nothing of the fans and programs. Then you learn that most fans are pretty good guys and gals and there are butt heads at all the schools.

I cheer for the CAA teams to lose just because they are pretty arrogant (well earned I might add) but I certainly don't hate any one of them. We all love to see the king fall once in awhile but we don't want them to stay down forever...what fun would that be.

this is just me, but the 3 incidents have occurred over the last 3 years (App for a long time, Wofford in '08, and GSU this year) and when you aim to injure players that's pretty thuggish to me, and I wouldn't want players that aimed to hurt other teams' players representing my college/university.
