BCS National Championship...OU or UF?

This one will be split three ways, the winner of the BCS game, USC, and Utah. If I was Utah, and I ain't, I would stand tallest and grab my package and shake it at the other two, there is only on undefeated team.

In my eyes, neither team has THAT great of a defense. Florida's is better than OK's but the sheer speed and talent of the OK boys overpowers the GAYtors.

I voted for Florida, but feel that Utah would give either one a run for their money, and won't get that chance because they're not in the right conference.

I'd like to see Oklahoma win, but I think Florida has more team speed and will win.

I DID hear an interesting comment on sports talk radio yesterday, where an ESPN analyst (can't remember which one) said that he believed Utah's win now opens the door for the Pac-10 to expand and allow Utah and either BYU or UNLV in, within the next 2 years. He feels that the outgoing Pac-10 commissioner wouldn't have allowed it, but new blood will make the change.

That would trigger the MWC raiding the WAC for Boise and probably Fresno.


That could lead to some FCS schools joining the WAC...

Yeah....that's kind of the way I saw it. The analyst's issue with BOTH Utah AND BYU is that it's the same market. UNLV brings the Vegas market into the Pac-10 (12?). I think, from a talent standpoint, Utah/BYU makes a lot more sense, and they automatically become the #2 and #4 teams in the conference on a regular basis...

Not sure how much the Vegas Market brings, plus the football sucks, low attendance, money problems. No way UNLV goes to the Pac-10.
