I've heard that getting across the Rio Grande is the hardest part of that job, but its worth it.

It's easy during low tide, so long as I wear my trail running shoes.

How do you avoid the human centipedes that are there during low tide?

I can usually smell them coming from a mile away so I get out of there before they see me.

They have fewer legs than regular centipedes so they are much slower and they only feed from one end. Stay behind them.

I have been following Appalachian since I was a kid (I'm 25) and I've supported the team during the good times and the bad. I can honestly say this was the hardest loss for me as a fan. It was a great game but if we had won that Montana game I believe we would have knocked off Villanova in the NC. I was CRUSHED. Hell I don't think I talked to anyone for about two days.

It was an amazing game to watch on TV, of course the result wasn't ideal, but something we can all agree on was that it was a great showcase of FCS football.

Everyone see the human centipede in the picture? Behind the scoreboard.
