Bills began by trying Moats at inside LB. Moved him to OLB, which is what they should have done in the 1st place. Got his 1st start after the Vikings game against the Browns, and he gets 4 tackles, including a strip sack of Delhomme and beating Browns OT Joe Thomas, one of the best OTs in the league, getting nominated for Rookie of the Week honors.
