I didn't even know the CFL was on ESPN. And didn't it fold a couple years ago?GannonFan wrote:I assume he's referencing as to where most JMU and nova former players end up playing their pro ball. Just a hunch.bandl wrote: I don't know what this means.

Oh yea, the CFL used to be on ESPN back in the early days of the network, and no, it didn't fold, come on follow your players after they gradu, er, um well, use up their eligibility.bandl wrote:I didn't even know the CFL was on ESPN. And didn't it fold a couple years ago?GannonFan wrote:

Re: ESPN SUX
Why would I care what a player does after he leaves JMU? Unless I personally know the person, I don't care. I know there are some people whose entire lives seem to ride on the accomplishments of their college football team and their players. I am not one of them. Just a game.bluehenbillk wrote:Oh yea, the CFL used to be on ESPN back in the early days of the network, and no, it didn't fold, come on follow your players after they gradu, er, um well, use up their eligibility.bandl wrote: I didn't even know the CFL was on ESPN. The BC Lions are looking to sign verteran QB Jarious Jackson as a mentor to starter Travis Lulay.
The Montreal Alouettes defeated the Saskatchewan Roughriders 21-18 at Commonwealth Stadium in Edmonton 29 NOV 2010 to win their second straight Grey Cup. WR Jamel Richardson was named MVP after snagging 8 balls for 109 yards in the Al's win. Seventeen-year veteran QB Anthony Calvillo threw 29-42-336 before announcing pending surgery to remove a throat lesion.

I hate to admit it but I can go 3+ screens - and I don't have cable TV. It's like crack for FCS/football Junkies.bandl wrote:You don't have a remote for your computer?Appaholic wrote:

How about an internet-capable TV?
If I could afford it (get away with it, anyway) I'd have six screens in a heart beat

They definitely need to drop Poker.bandl wrote:They need to drop poker, bowling, maybe a sportscenter hour or two and add some rugby & aussie football. I've seen some 7 on 7 college rugby and a rare 6 nations game, but that's about it.
