That was a lame end of half drive. Talley obviously just wanted to get into the locker room, but after the first run went for 12 yards I think you gotta switch gears.Mvemjsunpx wrote:Only if they try to score, which they don't appear to be doing.93henfan wrote:Man, Villanova has a half from hell and could still go into the locker room with a lead. Turned out to be a nice warm night for a game...I don't see any breath.

Pain or damage don't end the world. Or despair or fucking beatings. The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man... and give some back. Al Swearengen

This game feels like it is going to play out like the NC last year. Montana dominated the 1st half, but it was a totally different story in the 2nd half. Hope I'm wrong, but I got a bad feeling.
Good thing for EWU fans is that I'm typically wrong.

It could be worse....EWU could be wearing their red uniforms.GoneTribal wrote:watching a game on this field is GAWDAWFUL

EWU has to capitalize when they get into the red zone. Left 10 points at least off of the board. Villanova can pull away if they can hang onto the ball.

Surprised at how well EWU's run game is going. The freshman for EWU is doing much better than expected.
Let's hope the EWU D is fresh for the 2nd half as they sat on their azzes the whole game so far.
Go EAGS!

Damn. EWU switches #98 (Kninety Eight the Knife) to the left side of the Nova line and they have had some real troubles.

He came back in (Whitney) but he couldn't move and took another sack. I think he's hurting, lost his mobility.

Score points EWU. Don't let these fuckers hang.
Six point lead late will turn into a one point loss.

Not to steal any spotlight from EWU, for they deserve it all, but welcome to Montana-esque football this year.

What part? The keeping another team in the game when they should have them down by 2 or 3 scores at this point???SeattleGriz wrote:Not to steal any spotlight from EWU, for they deserve it all, but welcome to Montana-esque football this year.

Not to sound like an overconfident dick, but VU acts as if they have never seen a team that plays in a passing conference.

All of it man. Watching Montana this year was maddening. Squandered opportunities and keeping the other team in the game when they should be piling on.GannonFan wrote:What part? I've been noticing a little hitch in Scz's get along since just before 1/2 time as well. This is a terrific matchup so far so I hope it all holds together but EWU pulls this out. They are exchanging blows.Chemhen wrote:He came back in (Whitney) but he couldn't move and took another sack. I think he's hurting, lost his mobility.
