"There have never been boxes in the house that aren't mine," said Lori Halpin.

Halpin and her husband are tenants in Emanuel's home, at 4228 N. Hermitage Ave.

During Emanuel’s 11-hour questioning Tuesday to defend his residency status, he testified that roughly 100 boxes and other items were in a locked storage in the basement of the home and show his intent to return.

Hmmm...ok...but....

Michael Forde, one of Emanuel’s attorneys, asked Halpin more detailed questions about the basement, such as the possibility of hidden closets or locked storage areas. Halpin said she was unaware of any, but later conceded there were areas of the basement she hasn't been able to access.

LMAO... so you say theres no boxes in the house that arent yours, but then admit theres a part of the basement (Where one would probably store stuff) that you cant access.

"One I can't get to because shelves are in front of it, and another you can't open it"

So wait... you mean he locked the door that leads to where he stored his personal belongings he left in the house? lol Good thing he did cause the Halpin's might have snooped through it all.

Based on Mrs. Halpin's testemony we had this..

"It's clear Mr. Emanuel may have perjured himself," said one objector, Dr. Lori Chamberlain.

But fear not... Emanuel's lawyers visited the house thursday afternoon and took pictures of the storage space where he loked up his belongings.

I was actually mocking the douchebags who rented his house saying he left nothing there... before later testifying they dont have access to the whole house. I hope Rahm is allowed to run, and I hope he wins.
