when is Arkansas St. supposed to come out with the list of names to vote on for there next mascot?

Good point......Why is it everytime a school is forced to change their name they always seem to include "Hawks" in the new nickname?

They've already changed. They are now the "Red Wolves".

Source for this info? I haven't seen anything, press release or otherwise, that even hints they have changed their nickname from Indians to Red Wolves.

I guess that's what their fans are rootin' for. The committee isn't going to make a decision until spring I guess.
