Orange Bowl Bans Stanford Band To Protect LeBron's Ego

What a fucking joke....

In a move as weak as the college bowl system itself, Orange Bowl officials have announced that the Stanford Band will not be allowed to perform at halftime of the Orange Bowl. So it’s come to this: the band is being punished for something it might do. And speculation is that it’s all to protect LeBron James.

While I’ve seen no official statement from the Orange Bowl, I do know that Stanford’s planned halftime performance is entitled “Recent Events in the Pro Sports World in Miami.” That can mean only one thing; a devastating satirical takedown of LeBron James. Hilarity was sure to ensue, until Dean Wormer stepped in and invoked double secret probation.

The Dollies appeared in wedding veils with the Band Manager of the time kneeling and "proposing" to each in turn as the announcer referred to marriage as "the sacred bond that exists between a man and a woman... and a woman... and a woman... and a woman... and a woman."
