Because the Iraq war has been such a success for our country.... and he threatened America or the surrounding middle east nations how.....? It'd almost be better if he was alive in some sense (or at least if the Baath party was still in control), Islamic fundamentalist hated him and Saddam hated them and didn't want them in Iraq (made some bad moves trying to do that obviously)... looks like America and Saddam were on the same page about Islamic Fundamentalist. Succesfully? Hell, he won two terms and kept the real shit for brains, Rummy, in charge of shredding all semblance of respect for the Pentagon for 6 years....I'd say Bush was the succesful one....successful in getting just enough people to wrap a flag around the cross and drink the koolaid....
