After watching how well Bo Levi threw the ball against Villanova, you can see he isn't quite on that mark tonight. Not bad by any sense, but when UD is playing like they have been any bad throw is a real negative.

Agreed. The credit must be paid to UD defense for screwing up the game plan of their opposing offenses.

Not at all. At this point in the game there is not much difference between 19-6 and 19-7, either way you need two TD's to win. But there is a difference if the score is 19-8, you might be able to get a tie with a FG and another two point conversion.

There was little to lose, but something to gain, by going for two.

I don't believe in the going for 2 early either but the way he was probably thinking is your only chance to have the chance at with the fewest possessions was that way plus if you get the 2's you only need FG range to tie.

Maybe the Eagles are planning on kicking a string of field goals? They only need 5 now. If they had kicked the extra point they would only need 4 to tie.
