In a Capitalistic free-market system, there are no "bubbles" to burst. The markets self regulate and equalize on their own. When the government regulates (as in a collectivist society), it's fixing the game. The markets aren't able to equalize naturally causing bubbles to form, and then later burst.

Naive, what qualifies you to make such an opinion? Was watching C-SPAN a few weeks ago and they interviewed the buisness leaders Obama invited to the economic "summit" of sorts. They invaribly credited Obama's stimulus as saving the economy. While hard, as most remedies are, the next steps are already in place for further recovery.
