So you agree with me. It's no conspiracy... these things happened in the 50's and 60's and the stories grew over time.

I'm not saying it is not a possibility but from what we know that is not the direction I go in. I tend to believe what the people that were witness to the events are saying. If you don't want to believe that a game you work so hard at could have come easily in comparison to someone else I find that fairly believable as well. :thumb:

 If you knew how little I worked at golf. I show up at 12:58 for my 1pm tee time, start swinging and drinking on the first tee and don't touch a club for a week after the putter goes in the bag on 18.

Like I've said three times... great golfer, fantastic stories but I think most of the stories are just that. Using your razor... a story too good to be true... well, you get it. Call me a skeptic or a party pooper. We shall agree to disagree on the veracity of the yarn. :)

I was just spit ballin' with that one any way.

The story wouldn't be worth telling if it were one of ordinary exploits. I don't think you're using the razor correctly though because the sources seem credible. Party pooper.

If you worked at it harder, maybe you could hit a bridge with a driver from 260 yards away. ;)

Again, this is no expose. These stories are harmless, so it's no big deal to embelish them.

I've hit nearly everything except a fairway from 260 yds away. :ohno:
