Well with USD announcing their schedule, EWU's 2011 schedule is complete. Only 4 home games... in the regular season. 8-)

9/3 - at Washington
9/10 - at South Dakota
9/17 - at Montana
9/24 - Montana State
10/1 - Weber State
10/8 - at Northern Arizona
10/15 - Northern Colorado
10/22 - at Sacramento State
10/29 - Portland State
11/5 - Bye
11/12 - at Cal Poly
11/19 - at Idaho State

Somebody messed up Weber's schedule because we don't play them on 11/19 like it's listed under the Schedules section here on CS. Both EWU's and Weber's Athletics page list it as 10/1.

4 home games?

Wow, somebody fucked up.

I thought UNI getting 5 was embarrassing. What will season tickets run? $30?

I don't know why we agreed to play @USD this year if it's a home and home, especially since they already had 5 home games. That spot had been open and I assumed we would pick up a D-II home game. Although having only 4 home games does suck, I like that for the first time in forever, we have an all D-I slate, giving us more room for error in making the post-season.

 And if things went really well, this could end up giving us additional home games in the playoffs. :thumb:

Besides, I'm considering our game in Missoula as just an extra long commute.

Just found out from TSN's article that we only have THREE, yes I said fucking THREE home games now because we're playing the PSU game in Seattle at Qwest again. SO FUCKING STUPID. I understand that he (Bill Chaves, our AD) wants to give EWU exposure on the west side of the state and an opportunity for EWU alums from the west side to attend, but we're ALREADY PLAYING UW... ON THE WEST SIDE!!! Fucking christ. :ohno: :ohno: :ohno: :ohno: :ohno:             :x :x :x :x :x

Well now I don't know what to think. TSN's release states we play PSU in Seattle at Qwest, but our release on goeags.com says we're playing it in Cheney. I hope the latter.

If Texas St. is a 1-AA Indy. in 2011, they can't play 12 games. If they are declared a 1-A transition team, then "yes" to 12.
1-AA is tops!!

It is our transition year, we will be full WAC in 2012
More specifically, we will play a WAC schedule in 2012 and be Bowl eligible in 2013.

Interestingly enough, NWS is playing a 12 game schedule this year but the SLC's next 12 game year is 2013. How they managed this, I don't know.

Uh, no they aren't. http://www.nsudemons.com/SportSelect.db ... PSID=93051

You are forgetting they dropped UTSA in order to play SMU.

Two years down the road, we'll see what happens. They are not far off releasing our 2012 schedule. You'd have to come to San Marcos, though. The WAC doesn't allow their teams going to FCS stadiums. I'll buy you a beer if it happens.
