Outside of Jimmy Carter, has there ever been such a trainwreck of a President?
Obama has set back Black relations 25 years by being an incompetent retard.
fuck

Don't know about you, but things are going much better here. Thanks to Obama. His stimulus is starting to pay off big time. I have a beautiful condo thanks to the frequent home buy tax credit. People are starting to hire again....SeattleGriz wrote:Fuckin' A, where do I start?

Where did you find this douchebag poll?Skjellyfetti wrote:His approval rating is doing pretty well these days. Over double Bush's lowest. Higher than Reagan's at this point.

Yep...real unemployment is over 10%, but Obama's still polling above 50% which is higher than Reagan at same point in his presidency....Skjellyfetti wrote:His approval rating is doing pretty well these days. Over double Bush's lowest. Higher than Reagan's at this point.

Actually, it was a FoxNews Poll conducted Feb 7-9....Bronco wrote:Appaholic wrote:

Must have been thinking about this poll
Poll : Americans (51%) Think Obama Would Lose In 2012
More than half of registered voters believe President Obama will lose a bid for a second term. A new CNN/Opinion Research Corporation survey, released Tuesday, shows 51 percent of registered voters, and the same percentage of adult Americans, believe Obama will lose if he runs for re-election.

What a crock. That's the biggest misrepresentation in the history of man. The only two reasons the unemployment rate has dropped is that people have given up looking for work because the lack of availability is so depressing and that fewer jobs were cut.
It's just as hard as it was a year or two ago. Quit whitewashing it to prop up a failure of a president.

Well, unless the GOP manages to find a birth certificate making a generic, cardboard cutout a legit candidate, then it means nothing. The problem for the GOP is when they insert an actual, living, breathing candidate, they don't match up well with Obama. There's a reason why there are more two term Presidents lately than one termers - it's very tough to beat an incumbent President.Bronco wrote:Gallup poll finds Obama deadlocked in race with generic Republican

A new Gallup poll found registered voters are split over whether they would vote for President Obama in 2012.
Asked if they would vote for Obama or a generic Republican next year, 45 percent said they would support Obama and 45 percent said they would vote for the GOP candidate.
The results of the generic ballot survey are virtually unchanged from last year, when Obama held a slight two-point edge over a generic Republican.
But the poll suggests Obama is more vulnerable than former President George W. Bush at this point in his presidency.
When Gallup polled voters in 2003 to test Bush's reelection prospects, the Texas Republican led a generic Democrat 47-39 percent.
The Gallup poll also showed Obama with strong support from women and minorities, two of his key constituencies from his successful 2008 campaign. But young people have increasingly shied away from the president: Fifty-one percent of registered voters between the ages of 18 and 34 said they would vote for Obama, compared to 63 percent who backed him in a 2008 Gallup pre-election poll.

It's tough to beat a president who aint really doing a bad job either. Barring a global disaster, the economy should be in great shape by 2012. Also, the dems learned many lessons last election.GannonFan wrote:Well, unless the GOP manages to find a birth certificate making a generic, cardboard cutout a legit candidate, then it means nothing. It's always easy to say you'd vote for "the other" guy when it's generic, but replace "Generic Republican" with Palin or Newt or Romney or Pawlenty or etc.....and I'd like my chances winning the bet SH won't take me up on. I won't vote for Obama, but I'd bet my mortgage he'll win a 2nd term (barring him being caught in an airport bathroom tapping the foot of a 12-yr old boy).Bronco wrote:Gallup poll finds Obama deadlocked in race with generic Republican

You must be referring to how Bush handled terrorism, for that was the main issue you heard liberals complain about. Funny how BO has not only copied every move, but also increased certain aspects of Bush's anti terror policies.D1B wrote:The dickhead you and Baldy voted for really fucked shit up and it takes time to fix it.SeattleGriz wrote:Fuckin' A, where do I start?

Predator drone strikes
Patriot act
Wiretapping
Email intercepts
Indefinite detention, or in Obama's spin, prolonged detention
Rendition
Guantanamo
Where is the faildozer smiley when you need it? Yeah, Obama's doing great. A real certified intellectual.
