The Blake Show

Post by clenz »

As a Clipper fan Blake Griffin is about all I have to boast about. I saw this remix of an interview of his online and I thought I'd share if. If Travis can post thousands of worthless posts about the NBA I can have one

BTW, for how long do the Clippers have him tied up? He will obviously be a very sought after FA.

He was signed to a three year deal out of college, and the Clips have already picked up the third year option on him. Based on the 2009-10 NBA Rookie Scale, the applicable third-year option salary for Griffin is $4,775.9 million.

To clear up his three year deal, as I had to do some more research on it, since this is his rookie season he will became a FA after the 2013-2014 season

From past interviews I think when he is a FA there are really only 2 teams that have a chance at him. The Clippers or the Thundyer

What happens when the Clippers don't make the playoffs for the next three years?

There is a good nucleus of young talent. I'm sure, however, that Sterling will fuck something up. Hell he is the same owner that sat court side to heckle Baron Davis when he was a Clipper earlier this season
