The CBI is the College Basketball Invitational is a post season tournament much like the NCAA's the NIT and CIT.

HDNET is a channel that is only available on HD tv's, and if you have a satelite you need an HD reciever.

Lucky for me I have HDNET, and now since I cant go watch Weber play again, I can at least watch it on tv.

Yes, if you have an HD tv and all the HD necessities for Comcast it shouldnt cost you anything.
