Dickhead move in my opinion. Tough to tell how fast he was going but pretty sure he passed a car or two. Cop should have never have been that close and that is another dickhead move. The guy is two for two. If the car was going at least the speed limit, he was doing nothing wrong and didn't deserve that...

Yes.....dikhead move by the Civic driver. I'd like to know how many wrecks are caused by stupid foks driving slow in left lane and pissing the other drivers off. SLow driving on an interstate is just as dangerous as fast driving but you seldom see that issue addressed because it will get thrown out of court. I commend the actions of this noble policeman.

Overly slow drivers can cause as many problems as fast drivers

There is a time and a place to drive fast
There is a time and a place to drive slow

If you don't know the right time at least know the PLACE
