its not a MUST WIN. Minnesota should beat NDSU. last year was the gophers worst year ever, when NDSU beat them 3 years ago, they were good then, had 3-4 NFL players on that team. Gophers will be much better this year.

I dont know Lakes, it might be a must win, but you do have to admit a win over an FBS/BCS Charter member is a big deal. NDSU has 2 of them in the past couple of years as you and I both know.

UNI, SIU, YSU, Montana, Montana State, etc... all have been on ESPN multiple times...Hell, ESPN made a scheduling change 2 years ago to get UNI a nationally televised game. They have done the same for App. State and other big name programs.

NDSU got nothing last season that the true top tier programs don't get every single year.

I will be shocked if NDSU wins this game...doesn't mean I won't be cheering for them in the student section though! My reason for thinking the Bison won't win is because: a) Kill knows NDSU and won't be overlooking them, and b) strength and conditioning coach Eric Klein, whose name was spoken in hushed and reverent tones around the gym. Dude took .2 seconds off a CB's 40 time, a big jump for someone in a speed position.
