Went paintballing with some friends and one of the guys there was a guy with a SDSU shirt. I asked him about the 2009 Playoff comeback game. He proceeded to give me a mean look, then put his hands over his ears and walked away. :thumb:

Some corporate guys from Scheels were in the store today (based out of Fargo). They were sporting UND tie-tacks...NOT NDSU. I had a good chuckle at that one.

I controlled what my kids wore to school until they got out of HS. Turned my daughter around more than once for wearing provocative clothing. Checked her purse on the way out to to make sure she did not just stuff it in her backpack or purse. You guys that warn them the just let them go are part of the problem now with kids not respecting their parents and their rules. Not that wearing a Furman jersey is that big a deal, but had I said something she would have never left the house in it to begin with. In my case it would have been a Coastal Carolina jersey. She would never have worn one to begin with anyway.

You need to go to the Fargo Scheels...it's fucking huge. I spent 3 hours alone in the hunting/shooting department on numerous occasions. Rode the ferris wheel inside a few times, and they have a fun quarter shooting gallery and nascar simulator.

I'll probably be headed up there before the end of the year, possibly more than once, before the end of the year for trainings/product knowledge meetings.

CF is getting a new store, not quite that big. Currently CF has a 48,000 sq/ft building, the new building will be between 100,000-120,000 sq/ft. It will be all one level...sprawling really.

That is nothing compared to the 293,000 sq/ft building that just opened in Sparks, NV

Yeah I believe the Fargo one is roughly 196,000 sq ft...which is huge.

Spotted 2 Montana State decal marked cars and a Montana one (not counting mine) in a parking garage in downtown Portland today. Also saw an Idaho State license plate bracket on a minivan near Salem, OR last week.

Watching the Yankees game at Safeco, and there's a man with a Griz hat that you can see when they show left handed hitters and their stats at the plate. He's 4 or 5 rows up on the 1st base side.

Was walking to work in downtown Spokane the other day and saw an older looking fellow wearing a griz jacket. I happened to be wearing my EWU National Champions sweatshirt. Not gonna lie, he looked kind of sad. Never said anything to me, just kind of looked down and kept walking.

There's an AF pilot that drops off his kid at the same preschool as my three year old that has one of these plates:

Spotted a u-haul style truck pulling a car with Montana State license's plates on I-5 south of Portland. I've seen more MSU items in the past couple of weeks than I've seen here in the past 18 years.

Anybody watch this week's Tosh.0? In the bit featuring Tosh's staff videos, his lead hair dresser is wearing an ISU athletics shirt.

See, bandl, our country is really big. Some of us, like you and I, live where it's 100 degrees and swampy, and others live where it's chilly and it rains 300 days a year. And has red turf. Also bigfoot. And wolves.

It certainly doesn't rain 300 days a year where there is red turf (aka God's Country). Cheney is DRY. Not to be confused with the other side of the state. Still have wolves and bigfoot, though.

PS- Why is every place I go in the US called "God's Country?" I'm in Atlanta right now, and as we know, the South is God's Country. I've heard people in Oregon call it God's Country too (apparently, God doesn't care much for giving us any sunshine). I've heard the Midwest Bible Belt called God' Country and even the Atlantic NE.

OK, California probably isn't God's Country by any stretch...
