was down by the Pier in St Pete this weekend, saw a guy with a UMass shirt (if that still counts) and a girl with a Liberty shirt (was gonna ask her about the great Liberty/Griz title game but I changed my mind )

I was running down the Potomac yesterday and saw a guy wearing a purple Furman shirt. I yelled "Go Appy State!" and just kept running. I have no idea if he heard me or responded since I had my head phones on. True story. And a good story.

Sunday I saw a guy on I-20 between Florence and Columbia SC with a UD Blue Hens sticker on his car while doing about 80 mph. Maybe he saw my App sticker as I passed.

I was in San Francisco last week, saw quite a few CP-SLO sweatshirts, nothing from Sac St, UC-D or USD. A guy from UNI was at the conference with me, but didn't wear anything with UNI on it.

Customer came into the office today wearing a NDSU sweatshirt. There was just something about him, an aura you might say, I could tell he was the best customer we would have all day and that I should be honored to even be in the same room as him.

Going down Long Ave Ext this morning in Conway and a truck passed me with a Georgia Southern license tag and last week I saw a car in Conway Walmarts parking lot with a Richmond Spiders sticker on the back glass.

I hope he wasn't too weirded out about your "waiting area" where you have TVs repeating animated girlie pics all around you, and playboys with sticky pages all over the table.Vidav wrote:Customer came into the office today wearing a NDSU sweatshirt. I was in Vidav's office last week, (wearing a 1995/2001 Griz National Championship t-shirt), getting tags for my new vehicle, and I saw no such thing in the "waiting area"!expandspanos wrote:I hope he wasn't too weirded out about your "waiting area" where you have TVs repeating animated girlie pics all around you, and playboys with sticky pages all over the table.Vidav wrote:Customer came into the office today wearing a NDSU sweatshirt. Office wise, what I saw was a clean, comfortable/courteous, professionally ran, well oiled machine! It very well could be THE blueprint for how other State offices in Montana should be ran!
With the sound of background voices saying, "can I get you some more coffee or tea, Mr. Vidav?", I was taken care of with accuracy, speed, and alacrity!
I'm sure the folks in his office conduct their business like this everyday, not just because there was a VIP, (me), in the area!
Side note to espanos: Thanks for providing all the terrific/informative info on all that conspiracy stuff!
