Re: SoCon Pre-Season Coaches Poll & All Conf Teams
Funny that the 2010 POY is returning but isn't voted preseason POY.
The top of the SoCon should be fun. ASU has a lot of questions, GSU and Wofford are returning a lot, and UTC continues to improve.
WCU just can't be that bad can they?

Judging from the number of players listed as pre-season all conference, it seems odd that App is picked first and GSU second. Although the vote for first and second is real damn close.

Did The Citadel leave the SoCon?

I've always liked the Mocs. The only game I saw from them last year was when they pooped on themselves at home vs. Appy. What a disappointment that must've been for them.
Still, a little surprising to see Appy above GA Southern given the amount of publicity generated by "Southern" this season.

Heh. We actually landed one guy on the entire list, Tolu Akindele on the second team D.AZGrizFan wrote:Did The Citadel leave the SoCon?
He's actually pretty darn good and could well wind up on the first team at the end of the season.
