This from the thread on the DEA busting medical marijuana stores in California...“The president believes that federal resources should not be used to circumvent state laws, and as he continues to appoint senior leadership to fill out the ranks of the federal government, he expects them to review their policies with that in mind," White House spokesman Nick Shapiro said.

But, can we hope for the same view from the administration on two current Democratic pieces of legislation that propose to step all over state laws with jack-boot like proposals...
The two pieces of legislation are:
"The Freedom of Choice Act" would prohibit any federal, state, or local government from prohibiting abortion. It specifically points to local and state laws, making them illegal. Then candidate Obama said during the campaign he would sign this law into effect if passed.

"The Employee Free Choice Act" would remove state laws on union organizing, and remove the secret ballot from any union organizing effort, contrary to state laws.

I sure hope the Obama Administration will be consistant...do I have a snow-balls chance in hell of seeing that?????
