Just noticed the add behind homeplate is a bigelow tea ad featuring Terry Francona's endorsement.

alot of ballparks don't have any actual ads on the infield wall. Instead they have a blank green space, and a computer adds whatever advertising into that space when the batters box area is shown via the centerfield camera.
so I imagine it is quite possible for different broadcasts (home vs. away) to have different ads shown.
