Headed to Baylor.
Two schools of thought floating among Ducks fans
a) He was buried in the depth chart (which he was) fourth behind LaMichael James, Kenyon Barner, DeAnthony Thomas...without question the greatest backfield in UO's history. Dude never played a game and apparently didn't impress in practices.
b) The school wanted to part ways with him because of the Will Lyles scandal, so kept him low in the depth chart. Before you ask, Seastrunk can't really talk or turn on UO, for now, because he will be transferring to play at Baylor.
Just strange days in Duck land. I don't think any of us expected this type of microscopic exposure, deserved or not.

Oregonian Pac-10 reporter, Ken Goe, has all sorts of links up on Oregon Live, including John Canzano's link of Duck fans blaming Seastrunk for the whole Lyles/U of O mess that is being investigated by the NCAA.

Seems to be a nice kid. Unfortunate that so many Duck fans see him as the reason for the investigation. I guess it is easier to make an 18-year old kid the scapegoat instead of all the adults that supposedly spent all their time looking out for his best interests, then drop him quickly once things get too hot.

I'd spend some time with the fans before making a conclusion like that. The overwhelming majority of posters on eDuck are wishing Lache nothing but the best.

If the majority on educk are wishing Seastrunk the best (which they should, given all that has happened) then good. But at least around Portland, there are some that think the kid deserves some of the blame, which to me is totally wrong. From what I've heard, all the kid wanted to do was come to Oregon and play football. Those that were supposedly helping him achieve this let him down. From me, I wish him all the best as well.DuckDuckGriz wrote:I'd spend some time with the fans before making a conclusion like that. The links have been posted. Draw your own conclusions.
