I'll agree with that - bottom line - this team isn't winning the Super Bowl - like GF said, we've seen this script. Step calmly off the bandwagon now - the Reid era has 4 months left.

The Boston Red Sox of the NFL... a bunch of underachieving, overpaid BUMS!

The Eagles defense has been terrible all season so far. Vick can only do so much. 491 total yards.

Just both a poorly constructed & a poorly coached team. Broke down in all 3 phases yesterday. I'd rather see this team go 5-11 versus get much better & blow it up & make the needed changes.

OL - bad
DL - good rushing passer, what's run defense?
LB - worst in NFL easy
DB - over-rated

I'm smelling a high draft pick in next year's draft! :thumb: :ohno: :coffee:

Well, if things keep going the way they are going, we may have to look at John Gruden's resume for what he did with early round picks as it could very well be a new regime at the helm.

Although in Andy Reid's defense - what the heck was Ronnie Brown doing on that 3rd down play at the goal line? Really, trying to throw the ball on top of the pile and then begging the coach to use a challenge? I think he was hanging at the same party Justin Thorpe was and inhaled too much "second hand" smoke. :dunce:

Heard Brown interview tape on WIP this morning - Brown said the play call was a run/pass option. Either Brown didn't understand that it was Vick who had the option of handing off or passing, or maybe it was a Tim Tebow jump pass play? How you could think on a dive play you could throw it is beyond me.

The Eagles will always be my team. However, I stepped off the bandwagon after the NYG game, it's going to hit a tree and a lot of ankles will break later this season. I hope it's bad enough to make change, specifically Reid & Roseman.

In the meantime I'll enjoy watching Flacco & the Ravens the same way I used to watch Gannon & the Raiders.

They both have the ability to be top 7 QBs if they applied it properly. They both also have the ability to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

Eagles fall to 4-7 after a 38-20 loss to the Patriots. Eagles scored first 10 points, but then were outscored 38-3 before getting a late TD.

Eagles are 3 games behind the Cowboys, 2.5 behind the Giants with 3 to play (Giants have 4 left). Even if the Eagles win out, 9-7 might not be good enough to make the post season.

What was your highlight yesterday:

A - The deafening "Fire Andy" serenade
B- The crowd walking out after the 4th & goal pass attempt to Celek
C- DeSean losing another couple mil on his next deal by doing his best "For Who..For What" alligator arm
D- Vince Young postgame saying he felt he played "pretty good"

I'll go with C. It's rare when not just 31 fanbases, but 32, would love to see a guy get absolutely Mack Truck'ed going over the middle. That little showboating bitch can't get out of town soon enough for me.

I guess the no-shows for the few remaining Eagles home games may outnumber the butts in the seats. :twocents:

Nah, people will still show up. It's a chance to get out of the house and drink. I don't think people are going to stop doing that. Besides, if you show up you get to boo really loudly, mock DeSean, and chant for Andy to be fired. It's a win all across the board (well, except on the field that is - this won't be the last loss).

And under a new head coach.

Low blow alert: If you want a living example of motivational ability, look no farther than Andy Reid's kids. I don't believe there's a non-felon on the list.
