Seriously, this guy is qualified to manage a Major League Baseball team?! :rofl: :oops: :cry: :evil:

I never agreed with the departure of Joe Torre. I say Yankees try and bring him back!!! :lol: :nod: ....if he wasn't in his 70's or however old he is now.

Yankees have a similar problem to many MLB teams, pitching depth. The Braves for example, were great for many years with a great pitching staff in the 1990's.

Yep. The Yankees started to lose this past series when Cliff Lee signed with Philadelphia.

Losing Mrs. Cliff Lee had nothing to do with this. The Yankees had numerous chances to put that game away last night, and the Tiger pitching made the pitches needed to get out some very good hitters when they needed the outs.
