Are we really adding one more school and who is it? A non DI to move up or a supposed FBS moving down? San Jose/Idaho. Too bad San Diego can't be the next school.
Looks like Big Sky dropped the ball not making UND/USD a package deal. Letting one in and not both seems really bad. No offense UND fans but I'm sure you can see my point.
Stick Weber in the north, keep the charter members together

Your a D-Bag!! Were not like Mont St who thinks that its the most important game every season but this year it will be very important to us..
And you're completely delusional if you think UM-Eastern is on the same level as The Brawl. Period.
I never said that its on the same level but its next in line.. Nothing compares to The Brawl of the Wild. We can agree on that..

You kinda did, is the thing...
You been a little sandy lately there WTAG. What is going on?

UVU is already DI in hoops, and NO Big Sky team including Weber has ever beaten UVU @ UVU, not bad for the little "juco".
UVU just seems like the better fit to me, Centered in geographically, and an already decent Hoops program with an 8,500 seat arena. They may be a startup, but they have a lot of students, and potential.
but weber has only played 2 times at UVU and it was 2005 and 2006. 06 was one of the worst teams in wsu history. we will likely play them in 2013-14. hopefully it will be a home and home in the same season.
Why do you get so excited over UVCC so much? 2 for 1s only that place. I do agree with you about waiting on adding a 14 school. The Sky shouldn't take a DII. Just wait a bit and see what happens. Time will tell. There is a slight chance that a WAC team will make the lateral move and join the Sky.

I agree...the Charter members should be playing each other every year. It'll be sad in two years when Weber and UM don't play each other, or, is it next year that Weber and MSU don't play each other. These schools have been playing each other for 50 straight years.

Funny thing is that at this point it is more like "move up to the Big Sky"

they dont have to be in the same division to play every yr. it is better to have the north/south line between weber and isu. so we are in the easy side and then still get to beat isu every yr. LOL! easy side just means no montanas.

Why wouldnt you want to play the top two teams in the Sky year in and year out?
I love when Weber plays them, better yet when they beat them

Lakes..shut up. The state of ND is meeting in 3 weeks (Nov. 7th) for a special session to repeal the bill that started this mess by Fargo resident and NDSU alumn Al Carlson. There is a bill that is going to be introduced by Grand Forks Senator Lonnie Laffen to repeal the law and allow UND to retire the name without interference especially from people who cheer for NDSU. You have a NDSU fan trying to keep the name and to knock UND out of athletics...and you have a GF Senator and Sioux fan trying to repeal the name. What a crazy world we live in.
Sen. Lonnie Laffen, R-Grand Forks, who voted with the majority in March when the North Dakota Legislature wrote the Fighting Sioux nickname into law, will introduce a measure in the November special legislative session that could lead to the nickname’s retirement.
“It would be to allow the State Board of Higher Education to do what they wish, retire the name,” Laffen said

enjoy flying to Fargo, then driving up to Grand Forks for your basketball, soccer, baseball, volleyball teams, haha.. idiots.
PS_ the Silence you hear out of the BIG FLUFFY meeting today is because they are contemplating dumping the siouxage
Why don't you go stuff JBB's [bleep] in your mouth. Maybe that'd shut YOU up for a while.
Don't worry about lakes, AZ. As we all know, he's still butthurt that we slammed the door in NDSU's face....
SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.
Oh No, not even worried about it, Missou Valley is tougher, we already beat Montana and Montana State and EWU (except for bill fette screw job).. YAWN.
