Will the committee look at it like SHSU 11-0, GSU 8-1, Towson 9-1, Montana 8-1, NDSU 10-1, MSU 8-1 and UNI 9-1?
Throwing out DII wins and FBS losses.

Because UNI is in the top 5 of every poll, computer ranking and power index; while being co-champ of the #1-rated power conference?
Fair, or not, to Towson is the CAA is positioned behind the MVC and SoCon this year in the power rankings, and their OoC, while including FBS Maryland, also included 2 teams (Colgate & Morgan State) sitting beyond 200 in DI rankings.

Wow....ranked 4th, win your game against a Top 15 team on the road - 3 game win streak to finish the season, lose 2 total games all season (#2 seed and bowl eligible FBS team), ranked #2 in final TSN poll and 3 in the GPI (well a head of #4) = #5 seed?
Damn....Had UNI lost yesterday I'd bet we wouldn't have made the playoffs

I figured the 5 seed would come down to UNI and Towson.
#1 Sam Houston State vs Stony Brook/Albany
#9 New Hampshire @ #8 Montana State
#5 Northern Iowa vs Wofford
#4 Montana vs Tennessee Tech/ Central Arkansas
#3 Georgia Southern vs Old Dominion/ Norfolk State
#6 Appalachian State vs #11 Maine
#10 Lehigh @ #7Towson
#2 North Dakota State vs Eastern Kentucky/ James Madison
Missouri Valley only gets two teams in!

Don't worry Clenz, EWU was ranked #1 last year and got the 5 seed. It worked out alright for them.

Which is a crock of shit.
Kind of funny, given the 4/5 conversation that was occurring a couple days ago.
