Obama Can't Remember His Own Campaign Promises!

Slowly over the last few weeks, some of Barack Obama's most fervent supporters have come to an unhappy realization: The candidate who they thought was squarely on their side in policy fights is now a president who needs cajoling and persuading.
While I think almost ALL of his decisions addressed in this article are GOOD, it's humorous to see the lemmings bitching and complaining that they're not getting what they were "promised".

Change we can believe in. The audacity of hope.

Fcukin' lemmings.

I don't trust him completely. I don't expect anything in the liberal areas. He still was a better choice than McCain/Falin

He's a politician so whenever he speaks he is lying. Unfortunately too many people don't realize that and voted for "change".

Come on, Z, what's the matter with people like you? Dude's learning the prezzy ropes. Give him some latitude. He'll honor those commitments. You guys make him out like he's some secretive asshole like Bush and Cheney and Rummy. Sh*t, man, relax. Guy's been in office for five fvcking weeks. Lay back.

He's not going to be much different than the last 20 years. Obama is surrounded by Clinton/Bush advisors that do talk the talk to get their party behind them, but the action is similar to a Bush or Clinton presidency. Just saying it's the same old leaders with a different centerpiece.

In the sense of the clairvoyant meaning "one who sees clear", I guess you are correct all mighty Cap'n, if a guy kicks your dog for 20 years, guess I don't expect him to quit in the 21st year. It would be nice to see something different, but I'm not losing any sleep over it.

"Sarah Palin absolutely blew AWAY the audience tonight. If there was any doubt as to whether she was savvy enough, tough enough or smart enough to carry the mantle of Vice President, she put those fears to rest tonight. She took on Barack Obama DIRECTLY on every issue and exposed... She did it with warmth and humor, and came across as the every-person....it's becoming mroe and more clear that she was a genius pick for McCain."
