Montana 109-27; 9 BSC championships; 14 playoff wins
EWU 73-47; 3 BSC championships; 6 playoff wins
Head-on: Montana 7-3
Observation; EWU a one year wonder; Montana a perennial national contender.

At least the "bad bison Grizz" dont have it as bad as UNI. The Panthers new goal is the at-large in the MVFC. I think because of the state of the BSC the bad bison still have AQ potential, which of course might make the UNI Panthers @ bad bison a regular playoff event! Wouldnt that be great!
Dear Lord, We come before you and humbly ask you to grant our prayer for a veil of protection to be placed over Donald Trump. May your will be done. In Jesus name we pray. Amen

LMFAO! Classic JiBBerish! Talking shit about UNI, a team that owns the little beefaloes in conference play!
Keep on keeping on, JiBBerish

In the "New BISON Era" (say that on panther nation and they ban you ) goals will have to change. What was once a forgone conlusion is now out of reach. The at-large is a worthy goal in the MFVC. There is a lot of competition. Although its unlikely, during this New BISON Era, any of the big 3 MVFC top contenders for the at-large have a chance at knocking off The BISON.
The new, expanded field format, will work in their favor as well.
The new formula for UNI is get the at-large in the MVFC, secure a home playoff game, travel to UM and out.
Yes it's true that Montana has been a dominant program not only over the past decade but the past two. And it warms my little heart to see your frustration at what a little, underfunded, directional school has been able to equal in regards to a National Championship. NAU and Weber are the epitome of one year wonder 6-5 teams which would be Montana's bowl resume if it ever moved up.

What frustration? We loved watching Delaware try to sit on a lead and have it backfire. The CAA is not real popular in UM circles. We won our first NC game as well; we have not forgotten the feeling. You will find they are not easy to come by, so relesh it.
As it relates to poor little EWU's underfunding, I would be willing to wager that the EWU AD receives more State support than the UM AD does. Most of UM's AD budget comes from football-generated revenue, a position that was hard earned over a 25 year period. It did not come on a silver platter. Montana is not a rich state; has less than a million people with no sales tax to pass around to its six state four year universities.

Um… last I checked, Montana has 2 national titles to Eastern's 1.
1 ≠ 2.
NAU and Weber are the epitome of one year wonder 6-5 teams which would be Montana's bowl resume if it ever moved up.
I agree here. The problem is that, even if Montana went 9-3 every year, they would still be playing in the same lousy bowls as if they were 6-6.

Yes, I agree that "a little, underfunded, directional school" is crybaby stuff.

You love talkin about diick. no-homo. As Ursus & AZGF would say: "If you aint in the chipper, you aint ****."
You're the one that started the dick talk...Refresh my memory...how many times have the Eags been "in the chipper" ?

The question was how many times...well, how many?

I was very happy that EWU won the Chipper last year.
It was fun watching the game last year...especially seeing that idiot Biden looking all sad after the game
Laughed my ass off
I do understand why some of the other teams in the Big Sky dislike the Griz. For many years they haven't allowed others to play after Thanksgiving.

Hopefully next year's game will be as entertaining as most in recent history. Right now we don't even know who our QB is going to be. Not good for a system that relies so heavily on elite QB's.

Observation; one year wonders do not produce national POY's 4 out of the last 7.
Yea, EWU is a powerhouse and once that east side of Roos Field is renovated & the video board is added... that will bring more talented recruits and a better home field advantage. Even with Roos being one of the smaller stadiums in the sky & fcs EWU is able to win 4 national poys & 1 natl title. EWU is about to run away with this thing.
