That said, I will wager that NDSU does not make it to the title game in 2012. Getting to the top is a lot easier than staying there, and NDSU has a very difficult schedule next year.

You are absolutely right. It is very tough to make it back to the title game. I think the Bison will be in the chase, but it would be damn presumptious for a fan to claim the Bison will be in the title game next year. And no one knows if, when, and where the injury bug will bite. (I was just trying to give you a little shit with that last post... ......)

With the players we have coming back next year, the Bison have a very good chance on returning to the NC game. I'm pretty sure we will not have a 6-5 season next year.

This Bison team also had plenty of injuries this year. Young guys stepped up and played well.
