Obama will not appear at such events but he, Michelle Obama, and Vice President Joe Biden will encourage support of the Obama super PAC.
One Obama adviser says Obama's decision to openly endorse his super PAC has had an immediate effect. "Our donors get it," the official said, adding that they now want to "go fight the other side."
Exactly. So now a relative handful of super-rich Democrats want to fight a relative handful of super-rich Republicans. And we call this a democracy.

Yes as to all ( Fox has more than one hot blonde chick, but I assume you mean Megyn Kelly). Now how do we start a political party out of that? Anarcho-Syndicalist Douchebags for a Better America>? And a Super PAC?kalm wrote:Of course! But we actually agree on many thingsIvytalk wrote:Obama's just another pol. That's one thing kalm and I agree on...I think.

Re: Obama PAC
Uh, I call a violation on this thread - Citizens United did not alter what individuals could or couldn't contribute in terms of money to groups like Super PACs that aren't officially connected to any particular campaign. Since Buckley v. Valeo in 1976, individuals have been able to spend whatever amount of money they want, even in cooperation with other individuals, to advocate whatever position or candidate they like, as long as they are independent of an official campaign or candidate. Citizens United in no way changed or altered that. Really rich Democrats and really rich Republicans have been spending really large amounts of money in every election trying to outduel each other. That's what we call status quo and have called it that for 200+ years. And yes, we've called it Democracy that long as well.
