That dude that returned that last FG had better be careful in the film room. He's gonna get screwed with for having a no-time-left TD ruined by the Michigan rookie kicker, who made a great solo tackle.
That said, I was rooting for Appy all day. They certainly made up for the egg laid by Mr. Poppers' crew.

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

I will be the first to say I was completely wrong, way to go Appy for the biggest win in FCS history over an FBS. What a GREAT game,

Re: Appalachian State vs. Michigan
What I wanna know is: Why is ESPN not mentioning Appy's rank? Are they afraid that Michigan getting beat by the #1 team in the country will take away from the upset story?

Congrats to Appy. Being a Penn State fan who absolutely hates everything about MeCheatAgain and that hole in the ground they call the Big House, this is a very sweet way to see the college football season begin.
