This year's WBI seems to be FCS-heavy. I'm predicting upsets galore here, with only one seed above 5 making the Final Four, and I have them losing the final. My predictions are bolded.

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.
RMU confirms the road trip to #8 Manhattan, but doesn't explain why.
I'm confused. I've never heard of a #1 seed going on the road for ANY reason. If there's facility rehab going on, the usual response is to rent a nearby facility to maintain some semblance of home court/field advantage.
Can any RMU fans explain what's going on? Thanks.

You have to pay a fee to host a game in this thing, though you get to keep any revenue.
I'm guessing RMU thought they would lose a bit of money.
UND lost to Seattle 61-47. The last game for UND coach Gene Roebuck who is retiring after 25 years. He brought back to back to back DII National Titles to UND in 97,98,99. He will be missed...Thanks Gene!!!
RMU definitely paid for that road trip strategy. It sure must be embarrassing for a 1 seed to lose to the lowest seed on your side of the bracket.

Half of the final is set. #7 UNI is indeed in the final, as I predicted. They await the winner between #2 Minnesota and #8 Manhattan tomorrow night.
The final will be hosted by the school with the higher RPI, which I presume will be Minnesota if they win tomorrow or UNI if Manhattan gets another upset.

#7(West) UNI made a game of it, but #2(East) Minnesota won the WBI 88-74.
