I was referring to the "Dear Dr. Bench" threads that appeared a year or two ago (AGS and/or here). I played a celebrity patient or two, and he played the shrink. He could be a janitor for all I know.

Yes, there is. I don't feel inferior. Nor am I jealous. Since my birth I have been a fan of the Los Angeles Dodgers & (since 1998) the Arizona Diamondbacks. In my 50 years on this earth my team(s) have exactly ONE less WS title than your Yankmees....while spending billions of dollars less. I'm fine with that.

Well, my second favorite teams is the Dodgers too, so in my 50 years on this earth, my team(s) have 12 World Series titles, while your team(s) have won only 5. And I don't care how much they did or didn't spend, because it's not my money

Besides, your math is wrong. In our lifetimes the Dodgers have won 4 WS titles (1963, 1965, 1981, and 1988) and the Dbacks have won one*. So that's five*.

In our lifetimes, the Yankees have won 8 world series (1962, 1977, 1978, 1996, 1998, 1999, 2000, and 2009). So the Yankees have won 3 more than your two favorite teams combined.

Not sure, but it can probably be measured in decades.
