I was at my niece's wedding in Lower Alabama a week ago and the groom and a couple of groomsmen were EWU grads. My niece attends Georgia State.

In line at a Wendys in Yuma, AZ last Friday and the guy in front of me was wearing a CP/SLO shirt. The guy serving us was wearing an NAU shirt.

My wife and I were walking along the cove in La Jolla last week and saw a parked minivan with Griz plates and stickers. I was fishing for an Eagle logo to stick under the wiper blade when the driver suddenly returned. She looked WAY too put together to be a Griz fan so I was glad I didn't waste my time. She had lace-up shoes, wasn't wearing anything from the latest Carhartt beach collection, and was lacking the tell tale she mullet. Very confusing scene.

I don't think he's been mean to me at all! He's just doin' what he does, and I get that!

Like AZ said on another thread, D1B should think about steppin' down a weight class. I think he realizes that, and my support of that brilliant sage, living in Arizona, caused him to throw more "punches" in a weight class he's clearly not qualified to be in anymore.

D1B used to be a World Champion & heavy hitter of a poster, and I remember/cherish those days quite fondly!!

Two AppSt spottings in the last 7 days. First a window sticker on a pick-up with Maryland tags last week and then a t-shirt last night in the Metro after the Nats game. Was just a black shirt with the block A on it and when I walked by and said "AppSt?!" the guy couldn't believe I knew what it was. Everyone else was probably thinking Army.

Many years ago my son gave me a MT State Bobcat sweatshirt. A few years ago I showed up at my cousins ranch to brand wearing the sweatshirt. He is a MSU graduate and fan. Many at the branding were very curious why a die hard Griz fan was wearing a Cat sweatshirt...thinking maybe I had changed sides. I explained that I was not about to get calf sh%t on my good Griz gear. It is now a tradition to wear my Cat sweatshirt once a year. Newbies to the branding have to ask...and get the same reply. All in good fun.
