The Phils really pounded the piss out of Josh Johnson, a pitcher who has been very tough on them over the years. Hope they have something left in the tank for Buehrle tonight.

Nice work clawing back to .500. Sure it's early, but 3-3 is a a helluva lot nicer than 2-4 and two series lost going into the third series. Plus, the Marlins weren't allowed to make any sort of early statement; already 2-5. Strong work by Blanton. Little bit of long ball is always fun as well. Papelbon a little shakey.

Phils starters have an ERA of 1.60 so far. Hamels is only starter who has let up more than 1 run all year.....
