Goalie Tim McCormack was named the Minutemen's MVP thanks to 14 saves in the game including four in the fourth. With the win, UMass remains undefeated on the season improving to 11-0 for the first time in program history.

StonyBrook topped UMBC tonight 10-8 down in Baltimore. The Seawolves are 4-7 on the season and 3-0 in America East play. StonyBrook hosts Yale Monday evening in the final non conference game of the season.
StonyBrook droped it Senior Night game against Hartford tonight 11-10 in OT. The Seawolves are 4-9 on the season and 3-1 in America East play. StonyBrook travels to Albany next season in the regular season finale.
A four-goal fourth quarter run and a caused turnover by Greg Rushing with 25 seconds left in regulation gave No. 1 UMass a 14-13 win over Hofstra on Saturday evening at Gillette Stadium.
With the win, the Minutemen capture the 2012 CAA Regular-Season title and the No. 1 seed in the upcoming CAA Championship Tournament. Kyle Smith, Art Kell and Colin Fleming paced the Minutemen with three goals each in the win.
UMass improves to a perfect 12-0 overall and 5-0 in the CAA, while Hofstra falls to 6-7 overall and 2-3 in league play. The Minutemen will close out the regular season next Friday at Delaware (7:00 pm) before returning to Garber Field to host the CAA Semifinals on May 2.

The high-powered offense of undefeated Massachusetts was too much for Delaware to handle Friday night as the Blue Hens dropped a 17-6 Colonial Athletic Association decision to the No. 2 ranked Minutemen in the season finale at Delaware Stadium.
Massachusetts, the CAA regular season champion, got six goals and two assists from Will Manny and multiple-goal efforts from three other players to improve to 13-0 (6-0 CAA). The Minutemen now advance to the CAA semifinals this Wednesday where they will host either Hofstra or Towson. No. 2 seed Penn State will host No. 3 seed Drexel in the other semifinal game. The finals will be held Saturday with the champion earning an automatic berth into the NCAA Tournament.

StonyBrook defeated Albany last night 12-11 and won its second straight America East Regular Season Title. Stonybrook hosts 4th seed Hartford this Wednesday night.

No. 1 UMass scored a season-high 18 goals to top Drexel in the CAA championship, 18-12, on Saturday night at Garber Field in Amherst in front of 3,204 fans.
Anthony Toresco was named the Most Outstanding Player of the game for his impressive performance on faceoffs, scoring two goals off faceoff wins. The Minutemen will play next on May 13 in the first round of the NCAA tournament at a site to be determined.
UMass keeps their perfect season going, improving to a 15-0 record and re-setting record for most wins in a season in program history. Drexel concludes their season with a .500 average at 8-8.
