I'm not that knowledgeable about basketball, or what Jordan did in the sport. All I know is that Nike produced some pretty kick ass shoes with his name/number on 'em!
Get better, Derrick!!

So, this Michael Jordan fella is now "ONE OF THE PRE-EMINENT ATHLETIC TALENTS" not THE BEST. You would be much more convincing if you stuck to one view point.

Serves the Bulls right having Rose in there with a minute left, trying to get him a triple double.

Eh, with the NBA playoffs being so long, this injury isn't that bad. Heck, he might be ready by the second round, or even the end of this round if it goes to Game 7. I mean, after playing Game 1 on Saturday, aren't off until the end of May?

I don't mean to hijack this thread here GannonFan, but, I did some looking into this Rose guy and this NBA sport a little bit. Providing that the Bulls (funny name) win this series, this Rose guy will be available for the semi's June 1'st.GannonFan wrote:Eh, with the NBA playoffs being so long, this injury isn't that bad. Since he is such a great player, he should just suck it up and be ready for the next game May 12th...but..I guess we all cannot be like that Jorden fella'.

The Atlantic Division might all bow out in the 1st round - Celtics only team with a shot & Rondo may put them down 0-2 to the Hawks, who I don't think are a great matchup for Boston.
Amare - just stupid.

Re: Derrick Rose tears ACL
Yea, scratch ,y last post with the Atlantic being dead. Josh Smith goes down for ATL last night & the Sixers just wallop the Bulls.
Look, I know the Bulls played .667 hoops this year without Rose but I think there is a difference now. When they played without him this year they knew he was coming back. Now, they know he's not, heck he won't be back until the 2013 all-star break most likely. They know they can't win a title now, their psyche was definitely off last night. Go Sixers!
