Another safety vs. talent issue at hand here. Can banning such players be worth it?
All the Ivy League needs to become relevant again is to diversify its OOC schedule.

The problem here is setting the baseline for the definition of "concussion-prone." If they set it too high, they run the same suit risk they now have. If they set it too low, they run the risk of discrimination suits.

This seems like one of those "leave it alone" issues to me.

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

Couldn't they create a liability waiver rule of some kind in future?
