None that compare to Howard and Utley. I'll take a 100% healthy Phillies team over 100% healthy Nats team.

I was replying to your claim that none of the Nats injuries were as devastating as Utley's. Last year Morse had a season that looked very much like one of Utley's good years. I have no problem comparing the two. I do think trying to compare +/- from last year to this based only on two injured players on the Phils and one injured player on the Nats is silly since there are other pieces to each team's puzzle. Who knows, if Morse were in the lineup this year, they might be even further in first place. Maybe they're worse because then they don't call up Harper. Maybe it's a push.

Time off could be good for him. He's been a dog this year, aside from a few good early starts. He's never seemed to be completely dominating since that bout of heat exhaustion in Chicago last year.

I would love to have what you're smoking. Since that heat exhaustion incident last year, he's had a total of 3 bad starts. And those 3 bad starts have come within the last month. Obviously, something is wrong with him and he needs time off. But when healthy, the doc is imo the best pitcher in the game.

The Phillies have a tendency to understate the length of injuries. I hope that it's just 6 - 8 weeks (or less), but if the Phils are true to form it could be longer.
