Sorry but he had mental edge over everyone including Phil!!!
Yes he did. He and Jack were among a very small minority who could actually will themselves to victory. When most guys win for the first time, it's usually the opposite. They say things like 'I just tried to relax and have fun', 'I let the game come to me' etc.

It will be interesting to see if he can regain that to anywhere close to the same level with all of the upheaval.

At the risk of agreeing with dal, I will go out on a limb and say "HOOKERS".
Can't believe what I'am seeing you and I in agreement something is wrong.

Yes consistency was his trademark as well if he can regain what he lost then Phil is in deep trouble at the US Open!!!!

Ugly Saturday round at the US Open.

Kudos to the cat caller who shouted "yeah playah" after his drive on the 18th.

Where's Phil? Or Rory? Or Luke? Or Watson? At least Tiger is still somewhat in it.

And FWIW, the 17th hole on this course is one of the worst I've ever seen. The green is just plain dumb how it slopes and basically launches the ball downhill. :ohno:

dal said we should pencil him in for another victory. Clearly not the case. :coffee:

Oh, and how about that 17 year old staying in the hunt? :notworthy: He'd be getting some mad pussy back home if he weren't such a goober.

Tiger has never come from behind to win a major. He's better at protecting leads. He's toast. :coffee:

And going badly the wrong way through the first three holes (that's what she said) on Sunday. Time to warm up the jet, put the champagne on ice, and get the hookers ready for the ride home.

Is Tiger even playing? I've been watching for about the last 30 minutes and haven't seen him once.

Don't see Tiger on the Leaderboard. Long way from being the next Jack.

Jack Nicklaus 18 Majors wins, 19 second place finishes
Tiger Woods 14 Major Wins, 6 second place finishes

LOL and conveniently forget that Tiger is tied with Jack on the all time PGA wins list for second.

And Tiger's prime rips Jack's prime a new one. Tiger in his prime was a freak of nature golf had never seen. Even if Tiger doesn't match Jack's Major Record, if he becomes the #1 all time PGA winner, a case can still be made for Tiger being the best golfer of all time. :thumb:
