An argument could be made for this, as the 9th Circle is made up of various types of traitors. I'll send you some rope for him, maybe some old dull rusty razor blades too.

Personally I think they should tape an M80 to a finger and blow it off, repeat daily until all fingers are gone then move onto the toes. Give him a week to recover then place his left testical in a vice and crush it, after the pain has subsided move to the right one. He needs to experience some dry anal prison rape too, preferably with an old splintered baseball bat. When he's screaming and begging for mercy, chop off his "limp can't get it up unless he's abusing little boys" dick, shove it down his throat and let him choke to death.
