Really I wasn't too impressed with him last year and as one of the few voices about the Big Sky in Portland, I did relay this early on when people in Portland wanted to know more about Lillard. But listening to the experts who all follow these workouts and having them say that Lillard wow'ed NBA executives at the combine in Chicago, then when he was "amazing" here in Portland, I'm now actually looking forward to seeing him here. Last year, the backcourt could not make enough shots to keep teams from sagging off of Aldridge so if Lillard can keep that from happening, the Blazers should do it.
He didn't seem to have much for wanting to win and noticing that his teammates were looking to him to step up and either make a play happen or take the shot. His defense also was lacking...bad word. Not as good as everyone seemed to think.

I am not saying I am rooting against him, I don't watch or give 2 shits about the NBA, I wish him well, but I just don't see what was so damn special about him.
Frankly, I thought he was outplayed in the conference championship against Montana. Also, it didn't seem like he was all that great when he played against Portland State either. When reports kept coming in that he was going up the boards of many NBA teams, I was thinking...that guy??? If Lillard is a bust, seems like there will be quite a few of us here who can say "I told you so".

So much for it being "quicker" than the NFL draft

3.5 hours for the first round.

A friend texted me saying that the leader guy, commish something or other, was getting boo'ed a lot. Why would he get boo'ed? Is he hated or something?

He will do his best to live up to his draft status he plays with a chip on his shoulder so you won't have the satisfaction.

I see your reading skills have suffered as much as your grammar.

Where in any of my posts did I say that I hoped he would fail and be a loser? I said I wish him well and hope he does well.

Kevin McHale ends up with Royce White. Hope White can stay focused as he was a headcase in Minnesota, but turned around with Fred Hoiberg.

I bet you I won't. I don't watch NBA shit.

Since you know so much about ME;

What color shirt do I have on today?
What vehicle am I driving today?
What will I be doing at 2:15 MST today?
What was my telephone number when I was 6?

Being wrong about a topic is called post partisanism - kalm

MAQA - putting the Q into qrazy qanon qult qonspiracy theories since 2015.

It will probably be difficult for MAQA yahoos to overcome the Qult programming but they should give being rational & reasonable a try.

Your posts are tougher to read than a drunken 3am post from SeattleGriz or a post game interview with Ibanez or 93henfan.
