Had to log in just to comment on this. Douche griz and weber fans still mad. Gotta love it.
Awaits Anus response in T minus 5....4....3...2...
We Weber fans arent mad about it, we werent the team the refs screwed out of a possible NCAA berth, We Weber fans just aknowlegde the fact that the screwjob did in fact happen. Too bad it did, but it did none the less.

I wouldn't hold my breath on that.
I'm sure UNC's AD is thrilled that we have to travel all the way from CP SLO, California to Grand Forks, ND. I'm sure he's not the only A.D.
Why wouldn't you want to be in a conference with your regional rivals? I think once your AD would like that as well.
The closest School to you (Weber) is still over 500 miles away, so I wouldnt act like UNC is the only school that has it bad.
Well from Weber's AD point of view, I have heard him say nothing but all the good things that North Dakota brings to the conference, doesnt sound like he is upset too much, and from articles I have read, The University North Dakota as a whole is really, really, REALLY happy about being in the Big Sky, I havent heard or read anything that says they would rather be in the MVFC.

The difference between what you and I are referencing is the fact that the supposed blown calls in our playoff run were all reviewed in the booth. Not sure what else you want.
You can't say the same for the plethora of officiating mis-cues the Griz have benefitted from in the friendly confines of WA-Griz stadium over the years...and there have been many.
To quote former EWU HC Dick Zornes...."Every time I go to Missoula I feel like a whore on a Saturday night"...
But I will give you the ridiculous Safety call a couple years back....so there's one.
Shame on you for stealing one of our coaches; must have offerred him the really big bucks! All kidding aside, you are getting a good coach in cornerbacks expert Wes Nurse; congratulations, and we wish him the best (as long as he doesn't pass on details about our super-secret special offense). We are excited about the new conference, too; it is a big challenge, but better all around than a five-team configuration any day.

Being in the BSC is the best thing to happen for the GWFC teams (of course USD got their own AQ conference). It will be a big challenge but maybe us GWFC teams can steal a BSC title.
ONE DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tomorrow is the day 4 teams are official members of the Big Sky Conference, and UND becomes a full DI member in all sports (not just hockey).
When employees of the UND athletic department go to work Monday, the school will be an official member of the Big Sky Conference.
One of the Big Sky’s perks is the league’s exposure. In April, Root Sports announced its 12-game television schedule for the league’s football programs. The games will be televised in high definition on the Root Sports regional networks, which reach 8.7 million viewers across 18 states.
UND will play on Root Sports on Oct. 20 when it hosts Montana at the Alerus Center.
Partly due to that television deal, the league doles out revenue sharing with its members.
“It’s one of the few conferences that has revenue sharing because of its business plan,” Faison said. “It’s a unique situation that has developed over the years because of the long, hard work put in by the conference and the commissioner.”
The revenue sharing is not equal and is based on a program’s level of exposure. Faison said UND hasn’t budgeted for that money and will have a better handle on revenue sharing after the first season in the league.

Worst blown call in Big Sky history
Well, unless you count all those blown calls in EWU's playoff run
Illegal use of officiating as an excuse by a Griz fan.
What's next, play the injury card?
The Griz whining about officiating against EWU? I thought that market was cornered by the NDSU trolls....
SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

Who?
There are only two NDSU trolls. All of the other NDSU fans here seem to be cool. As all the world knows, the NDSU trolls are JaBBer (pretty much gone now for some reason) and lakesbison (who's taken to trolling the Big Sky Board now, anticipating UND's inclusion in the conference and spewing his over-the-top hate). They were REALLY whining about that playoff game against EWU during the Eags' run not too long ago.
