The egomaniacal idiots at the USADA have issued a warning letter to goaltender Hope Solo for taking an illegal diuretic. The drug in question was a component in a doctor-prescribed "pre-menstrual" medication.
Having a doctor's note should be good enough to get a pass, right? Especially since nobody is arguing that she got any "performance enhancement" out of it. Sheesh! These guys are as bad as the NCAA....

SuperHornet's Athletics Hall of Fame includes Jacksonville State kicker Ashley Martin, the first girl to score in a Division I football game. She kicked 3 PATs in a 2001 game for J-State.

False thread title. She was open about why she was taking it, her doctor was upfront about it, and it is a non-issue.

Exactly. But people will see that she got slapped down and assume the worst. See Andy's reaction. That's what's so stupid about the system.

I reacted that way to get you riled up SH.
Everyone who takes PEDs have a doctor to explain away why they had masking drugs in their system. This excuse is plausible and the system, that you are critizing, did the right thing and just gave her a warning.
"Elaine, you're from Baltimore, right?"
"Yes, well, Towson actually."
