The BCS is going to a four team playoff system starting in 2014. The National Championship will be decided by a playoff system. The old terminology of distinguishing the BCS teams from the FCS teams no longer applies. We need new terminology.
I would keep things simple and go back to the former terminology: Div I and Div IAA.
What do you think?

I agree. I-A and I-AA is fine. All the name change did was confuse everyone in thinking FCS was somehow below D.II.
However, I don't see the name changing because this 4 team "playoff" is nothing more than an "And One" game tacked onto the BCS model.
