I voted Winter Olympics

I think Olympic hockey is more exciting than Olympic basketball

Skiing/snowboarding/bobsled/luge, etc. is more exciting than swimming, track and field and bicycling.

Summer Olympics does have boxing, but the rules make it less interesting than professional.

Wrestling is a plus for summer.

Ice skating and gymnastics cancel each other out.

All tolled, I think the Winter Olympics are more fun to watch.

Summer for me. I like some of the gymnastics (not the jumpy-flag twirling floor stuff) but those folks are strong. Track and field is good, I guess mainly since I ran through Jr. High/High School. Women's beach volleyball - what can I say........

Not diminishing the ski jump, downhill, and half pipe stuff from the Winter games, but I prefer Summer.

On the stadium screen, they accidentally introduced the DPRK's women's soccer team with the South Korean flag next to their names. It delayed the game an hour as the players refused to play afterwards. :roll:
