As great as the win was, props need to be given to a man who looked great, even in defeat. This man was so beastly that he gets his own paragraph. Griz FB Dan Moore produced one of the most furious displays of ability and effort in KBS history. He had the power of Jerome Felton and the finesse of Jayson Foster. There was no solo tackling this man. If you go high, you get trucked. If you go low, he hurdles you. He’s not the kind of player who produces a great 40 time, but he’s the kind of guy who can outrun defenders. According to one report, he was so mad that when the PAT was missed after his 87-yard TD, he broke his face mask on the team bench. I’d be mad too if a kicker missed a PAT after my ridiculously awesome touchdown.

-Props to all the Griz fans who made the journey to the game, It was a pleasure to hang out and tailgate with many of you. Y’all are some classy people (and you thought you could go home without hearing “y’all”) and I hope you were treated well. It’ll be interesting to see if any of our five remaining opponents bring as many fans as Da Griz.

-Despite all the positives, there were a few negatives. To the frat groups in the end-zone seats nearest to the Montana fans, there’s no need to chant ”F*%@ Montana” every chance you get with middle fingers extended. You’re just confirming every negative fraternity stereotype ever. To the Montana players’ credit, not once did I see them acknowledge the taunts or lose their cool.

Well said. Hey pols, did you have a table reserved at Swinging Doors on Saturday? There was one there with a sign that said Mitch on it, and the waitress got all pissed off when the party didn't show up. :?

I hate that happened, but we've all got a few bad apples. I tried to speak to as many Griz fans as possible, thank them for coming, and wished them safe travels.

Why do you think they sit in the end zone?

:D

Because we can't make them sit in East Tenn'see, 20 miles away . . . .

Very true. Our student section does that to pretty much every opponent, and they also enjoy tossing empy bottles on the field when they don't like a call. :ohno:

One of the best games I've seen at "The Rock" in the 30 years I've been attending. The Griz have rebuilt pretty well. Moore was one of the most determined runners I have seen in a long time and the Frosh QB made a lot of plays with both his arm and legs. Hopefully we get to see Montana again in the playoffs and preferably back at The Rock. Hope you didn't mind the petroleum jelly we were applying to your footballs before putting them in play.

Sorry I missed tailgates at Rivers Street Deck but got back a little late from golf outing that morning. With Mark (ASUG8) I'm sure you were in good hands.

Sorry we missed you - I cooked everything I had and ran out of beer just as we were leaving for kickoff. We had ASUMountaineer, Ibanez, Ursus, Knuts, Grizo, BeauFoster, GreatAppState and a few others come by - things started getting a little fuzzy after being out there for 7 hrs. 8-)

I took this from our seats in the back of the Griz section before we moved down to second row with Grizo, Knuts, and Ursus:

In this last picture of the Griz faithful you see KNUTS, Grizo, and ASUG8. It's up to you to find them, but I'll give a hint:

The guy on the front row of the last pic in the dark grey shirt is McKinney's older brother. I talked to him for a bit....very cool guy.

Just to clear this up since it's a bit confusing the way you copy and pasted. These blurbs are from T-Dog's post-game writeup:
